webqem uses Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional for holding web conferences, delivery of online presentations and online training in the use of Adobe and Macromedia products. Web conferences are delivered using Adobe Acrobat Connect Enterprise Server.

Through participation in Adobe Open Options and as an Adobe Authorised Training Centre, webqem can offer software and training in the use of Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional and Adobe Connect Enterprise Server to enable your organisation to offer web conferencing, video conferencing, online training, online events and online presentations internally and externally.

  • Set up meeting rooms and assign persistent rooms for recurring meetings. Control who has access to rooms and invite participants using automatic notifications.

  • Participants can simply click on a URL to join a meeting or conference - with no complicated downloads or configurations.

  • Presenters can choose a predefined layout to match the meeting content or interaction, or create a custom layout.

content support

  • Presenters can show Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, video clips, Macromedia Flash animations, audio, and images. Content can be uploaded from the Content Library, the local hard-drive, or from existing meeting room content. Presenters can also show any content or application on their PC with screen sharing.

video conferencing

  • Adobe Connect provides support for web-cam broadcasts, video conferencing, integrated audio, chat, pointer, and screen sharing.

presenter support

  • Adobe Connect supports multiple presenters. Presenters have access to a private, presenters-only area for chat, notes, private content, and previewing content prior to showing attendees.
